All of our hire arrangements are for a full day, to be returned at the end of the day. Equipment needs to be

returned to the store 15 mins prior to closing.

Our store is located at 43 Main St, Tamborine Mountain. All equipment needs to

be collected from there. Your hire period starts upon opening of our shop in the

morning – 9.00am, however you are welcome to collect your equipment anytime from then onwards. Please advise us of your estimated collection time via the confirmation email that you will receive following a booking on our website, or give us a call to discuss if you require further assistance. Equipment must be returned at least 15 minutes before closing.

We currently do not have the ability to facilitate a delivery service of the e-bikes,

so all equipment must be collected from our store.

Our cancellation policy is flexible, as we know inclement weather can be

unpredictable and disrupt outdoor activities on Tamborine Mountain. We certainly

would not expect our customers to be out riding our bikes in dangerous stormy

weather! With this in mind, it is recommended to check the weather forecast

before you select your booking date if possible, unless it’s too far in advance of

course. If the cancellation is due to inclement weather, we can re-schedule your booking for another time within a 6 month period from the original boking date. If this cannot be arranged we can provide a refund, if the cancellation is weather related. Our full cancellation policy is outlined in our terms of agreement.

Yes! We are animal lovers ourselves and love to share our experiences with our

dogs as much as we can. You can bring your dog with you on the e-bikes in any

of the packages for a small extra fee, we provide a safe tethering system inside a

rear mounted crate to use as a dog carrier. The crates capacity is limited to small

dogs up to around 10kg, larger dogs are not suitable to be transported on the

bikes. We do not provide a harness for your dog, it is the responsibility of the

owner to provide a secure harness for the dog to be secured in the crate. We are

not comfortable with dogs being tethered within our crate carriers to a neck collar only, as these can be dangerous and insecure for bike transportation. Our full policies relating to bringing your dog on the bikes can be found in our terms and conditions.

All safety features (lights, brakes, tyres) are checked over by our team before your departure.

All bikes and safety equipment are cleaned and sanitised between uses.

We have Australian standard approved bike helmets or you may use your own.

Where possible, always use the bike lane.

Give way to pedestrians and other users at all times.

If you approach pedestrians, slow down and sound your bell as you pass them on the right.

On the road, keep left where practical.

Follow road signs and signals.

Don’t carry passengers on your bike.

If you are riding at night or in the late afternoon, wear light coloured and reflective clothing.

Ride no more than two abreast and be prepared to ride in single file on narrow roads.

Indicate a change of direction with clear hand signal.

Watch out for vehicle doors opening.

Never hold on to another moving vehicle while riding.

Do not overtake vehicles if they are turning left.

Be predictable – travel in a straight line – do not weave.

Listening to music is great but avoid doing it while your on your bike so you can stay aware.

Our grazing boxes are not made on-site, but are lovingly put together by a local

café on the Mountain. They typically include 2 x freshly made baguettes, with a selection of seasonally available antipasto additions including salami, cheese, olives, crackers, stuffed peppers etc. Please advise us of any food allergies (i.e. nuts) so we can cate for your needs.

Absolutely. We just require 24 hours notice for any dietary requirements so that we can curate your grazing box to suit your dietary needs.  Vegetarian, GF and vegan options are all available upon request. Just advise us of your needs via the booking confirmation email that you will receive following a booking on our website or call us to discuss and we will be happy to assist in any way. 

Yes of course, and extra water is recommended as well. The picnic hamper

packages all include 2 drinks of your choice. However extra beverages are

available. We stock a lovely range of gourmet healthy and delicious drinks and

water for you to add to your picnic package if desired. These can be purchased in-store upon collection of your bikes and/or picnic equipment.

Yes! Whilst our grazing boxes that compliment our picnic packages are made off- site, we require at least 24 hours notice for these bookings to ensure adequate preparation time for the boxes. However, if you prefer to make up your own grazing box to take with you on your picnic adventure, you are welcome to purchase a selection of items from our store and we can put them together for you! We stock a premium range of chilled and pantry picnic ingredients in our shop, all sourced from

small local businesses, that align with our ethos of sustainably sourced ingredients.
